High Viscosity Extrusion Paste for Pressurized Application Chamber (Closed Box)

Formulations designed for pressurized application systems have a viscosity exceeding 200,000 cps, providing exceptional coverage power. They can be customized with the color desired by the customer, suitable for use in both external and internal profile areas.

The major advantage of the pressurized system is the ability to work with highly viscous material, resulting in a high solid content in the formulation. This means less moisture is absorbed by the wood, delivering a superior quality and more durable finish.

Extrusion paste in open case

Medium Viscosity Extrusion Paste for Gravity Application/Open Box (Traditional Application System)

Formulations designed for gravity application systems have a medium viscosity of 200,000 cps, offering excellent coverage power with some limitations on the applied layer thickness. They can be customized with the color desired by the customer, suitable for use in both external and internal profile areas.

Pastes developed for gravity application do not require an extruder for the process and can be poured directly into the application chamber. This simplifies the application process while maintaining efficiency and finish quality.

Extrusion paste for mending

Extrusion paste for mending is a product developed for corrections, filling and imperfections in furniture and wood in general, with ultra-fast drying, it can be applied manually, using spatulas or pressurized plasterboard system.

The paste can be applied to MDF, pine wood, low or medium density wood, among others.
